Key Responsibilities:


Supervision and Coordination:


  • Directly supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants, janitors, and laundry personnel.
  • Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff based on occupancy levels and priorities.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to established procedures and standards.

Quality Control:


  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and backofhouse areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards.
  • Address deficiencies promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.

Training and Development:


  • Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to existing staff to enhance performance and productivity.

Guest Satisfaction:


  • Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints related to housekeeping services.

Qualifications and Benefits:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
  • Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company.

Salary:
AED1, AED2,500.00 per month
