Title:
Administrative Secretary - Construction Industry Experience Required


Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain construction-related documents, such as contracts, LPO, Invoicing and Cash Reports.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the construction team.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative secretary, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Knowledge of construction-related processes, terminology, and documentation.

A diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
