PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION IS A MUST
A Group of Real Estate, Contracting, Manufacturing and Trading Companies is looking for AM Accounts. He would be reporting to Finance Manager and overseeing all accounts and financial operations and supervising accounts staff;
Main Job responsibilities

  • Prepare various periodic financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations and tax laws
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Finalizing Tax returns for all Companies
  • Manage, appraise and mentor accounting staff
  • Manage cash flow for all Companies on periodical basis
  • Identify and implement process improvements and ensure proper integration of the same in ERP
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
  • Maintaining project cost accounts
  • Reviewing Bank, RP and Vendor, reconciliations
  • Managing closing of accounts on periodic basis

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Experience in a Real Estate and Construction Industry will be appreciated
  • Professional Qualification is must
  • Detail oriented and hard working
  • Strong grip on Accounting processes and integration with ERP

Salary:
AED12, AED16,000.00 per month
