Description

We are looking for Experienced Sales Manager Off Plan Specialist to join the team.

Looking for an experienced and well-versed Manager with experience in the Dubai Real Estate market in an off-plan development.

Package:
Salary starting from AED 10, per month + commission up-to 50%

Business development to identify new investors and clients.
The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.

Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.

Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.

Presentation to customers on our project.

Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.

Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.

Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.

Manage a portfolio of listings.

Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.

Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.

Requirements:

5-10 years experience

RERA & Driving License (required)

Experience with Developer would be a plus

Proven sales experience is preferred.

Tele Callers experience in Off Plan sales.

Well-presented and a good work ethics.

Has excellent problem-solving skills.

Demonstrates strong customer service skills.

Possesses excellent organizational skills.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Salary:
AED15, AED20,000.00 per month
