As our CRM executive you will:

  • Bring a good understanding of user acquisition and user retention marketing techniques to influence the operations
  • Manage and report on KPIs from CRM interface
  • Create case studies and conclusion to drive change and improvement to campaigns
  • Operate at a very high attention level to detail
  • Ideate, build and coordinate your campaigns across several departments
