Description

Conduct on-site inspections and tests of construction projects and materials to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory standards.

Record detailed documentation of inspections, tests, and quality control results, and maintain accurate records for reference and reporting.
Identify areas for improvement in construction processes and recommend corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
Ensure that projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards such as ASTM, ANSI, or other relevant codes.
Investigate quality issues and defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive measures.
Participate in internal and external quality audits, and support quality assurance programs to uphold company standards.
Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality control practices and standards.
Prepare quality reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders, providing insights into quality performance and areas for improvement.
Communicate qualityrelated concerns, findings, and recommendations effectively to project teams and management.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies in all quality control processes.
