Technical Support Analyst

Location:
Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates

Experience: 4-5 Years of experience

Employment Type: 12 months extendable

Number of positions: 1

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent


Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization.
- tools: SQL, Kibana, Dynatrace, Oracle, SQL, Linux, Run Command, Microservices.

  • Mobile Application Support, L1 support, Production Support.
  • Log debugging (Server logs/Microservice log
  • Kibana (Elasticsearch)) and technical root cause
analysis
