Description
Design development

  • Aiding the Lead interior and joinery with all aspects of design development.
  • Shared responsibility for writing, agreeing and updating the brief with the Client/ end user.
  • Responsible for the production of mood boards and concepts to aid in identifying the interior style.
  • Responsible for production of the sample boards highlighting main materials, accent details and finishes and technical drawings.
  • Responsible for the production of high quality interior 3D renderings.
  • Responsible for the design development of projects from concept to completion.
  • Responsible for utilising correct design standards
  • Responsible for all technical detailing of a project.
  • Responsible for meeting the brief from an operational, functional and design perspective.
  • Responsible for writing and collating the interiors control book or specification.
  • Coordination with factories.
  • Review of all drawing packages prior to issue.
  • Assist Lead with overall project management.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 6 years working experience in interior fitout/joinery Practice
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized international university.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
