aG Resources is looking for a Financial Due Diligence Expert for our reputable client in Dubai.

Location:
Dubai

Duration: 6 months contract (Extendable)

Experience & Qualification:


  • Financial Due Diligence experience (minimum of 5 years and current role)
  • Understanding of ERP (SAP Finance)
  • CFA / CA Qualification
  • Conduct preinvestment reviews of potential target companies.
  • Analyze historical accounting and management reports, financial forecasts, business plans, financial statements, annual reports, and other relevant information.
  • Interpret and consolidate analyzed information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the management of the target company to prepare documents and participate in discussions about their financials.
  • Present findings from the preinvestment review to clients and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Play a key role in shaping the financial strategies of the company and making a real impact on the success.
