Job Summary:


As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for representing property owners and overseeing the process of listing their properties for sale or rent.

Your primary goal will be to facilitate successful transactions by effectively marketing properties, coordinating viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring client satisfaction.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.


Responsibilities:


  • Meet with property owners to discuss listing agreements and gather information about the property.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to determine appropriate listing prices.
  • Create compelling property listings, including detailed descriptions and highquality photographs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Coordinate property showings for interested buyers or renters, including scheduling appointments and providing tours.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the status of their listings and gather feedback.
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers, to facilitate the transaction process.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and legal documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Attend networking events and participate in professional development opportunities to expand your knowledge and grow your client base.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).


Salary:
AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
