_Job Description:
_
- _Analyzing user behavior and website traffic data to identify areas for improvement._
- _Working with stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, operations) to understand business requirements._
- _Eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for new e-commerce features and functionalities._
- _Collaborating with developers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications._
- _Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new features meet user needs._
- _Writing clear and concise user stories and documentation._
- _Staying up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices._

_Job Requirements:
_
- _Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field._
- _Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role._
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
- _Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams._
- _Experience with user experience (UX) principles and best practices._
- _Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) a plus._
- _Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) a plus._
