We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Noon Operations Specialist to join our team at Reva Medi.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate various tasks and activities to ensure timely and accurate execution of operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Noon Operations: Take charge of managing the day-to-day operations, including supervising and directing a team of employees to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train the noon operations team, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Workflow Optimization:Identify opportunities to optimize processes, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency. Implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to noon operations, such as order fulfillment rate, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Generate reports and provide recommendations for improvement to management.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory control team to ensure accurate stock levels during the noon shift. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain sufficient inventory levels and minimize stockouts.

Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Customer Service:Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to noon operations promptly. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

Safety and Compliance:Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines and promoting adherence to health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:
