• An education degree or relevant teaching certifications
• A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven ability to inspire and efficiently lead a team
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication (Native proficiency or IELTS 6+)
