We are hiring

Bizrahmed is a well-established medical centre in Dubai with multiple global branches in London and KSA. We have over 25 years' experience within the cosmetic industry, working alongside world renowned plastic surgeons and doctors. We offer various services from hair transplants, cosmetic procedures as well as a number of Dermalogica service.


Now we are expanding our diverse team of professionals and are looking for an experienced Head Nurse to join our team.


Job role:


Job responsibilities:


  • Support and assist the various departments with patient consultations and preoperative care.
  • Manage and oversee our growing nursing department.
  • Ensure staff documents such as licenses, certificates, and additional required training courses are up to date.
  • Manage and oversee all facility DHA requirements and carry out frequent audit checks on consumables, medical equipment, and devices.
  • Support the nursing team by administering medical care to patients.
  • Provide staff training to all new starters and ensure employees are adhering to company policies and procedures as well as ensuring medical care is being provided in accordance with DHA regulations and standards.
  • Carry out frequent training sessions with nurses to refresh their medical knowledge.
  • Monitor patient's during the consultation and update patient medical record via our internal software system.
  • Carryout frequent performance reviews on employees.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal Head nurse will;_

  • Have completed a bachelor's degree in medicine or Nursing.
  • Must have at least three years' experience working in a similar role ideally within a medical centre or hospital setting.
  • Is familiar with DHA regulation and standards.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with providing staff training.
  • Must have a DHA license or DHA Eligibility letter
  • Is confident with conducting venipuncture on patients.
