RESPONSIBILITY:
_

- _Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property._
- _Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages._
- _Showing properties to potential buyers and renters._
- _Presenting purchase offers to sellers._
- _Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers._
- _Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met._
- _Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses._
- _Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction._
- _Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:
_

Minimum of less than a year experience as Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai.

1-2 year experience as real estate sales agent are welcome to apply, must have basic knowledge in Real Estate in Dubai.


Preferred:

  • Female
  • Arabic, Russian, French, Iranian, Chinese, Italian,India
- *WITH MONTHLY SALARY AND COMMISSION_
