What You Have To Do?

  • Lead and motivate the residential sales team to improve customer experience
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Develop and promote weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
  • Draft detailed and accurate sales reports
  • Assess costs and competition to identify pricing and selling strategies
  • Estimate sales volumes and profits
  • Perform training's within the VALCOM Education Program
  • Develop goals with the team members and perform one on one meetings to assess and track key performance indicators
  • Develop goals with the team members
  • Evaluate individual skill sets of the team members and help to improve and develop their skills
  • Create a motivational and inspirational atmosphere within the team and the supporting staff
  • Make sure team members understand and maintain company policies, company philosophy, company systems and corporate values.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED1.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
