Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business for our accounting services.
  • Research and identify potential clients, and generate new leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions for their VAT and bookkeeping requirements.
  • Stay up to date with changes in the industry and continuously improve product and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless delivery of Services.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the business.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales & marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting & bookkeeping.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using MS office and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
