JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Development Analyst you will be primarily be responsible to understand the business requirements and objectives, ensuring better sales and revenue for the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a liaison between the Business Development Executives and other departments for Building acquisitions, prospects, and live issues
Plan the takeover of new projects and conduct feasibility studies
Analyse project leads and maintains a tracker
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for Business Development
Plan and coordinate weekly team meetings, and update Minutes of meetings. Collect agenda from HOD and communicate to meeting stakeholders and read minutes of the meeting after the meeting.
Update necessary documents from Business Development Executives for Ejari activation of new projects.
Periodical followup with Property owners for receivables and pending documents
Prepare and circulate Monthly Management reports.
Ensure that any duties assigned to you by the department head or management are completed responsibly.
