PURPOSE OF THE
POSITION
Assist the Kitchen Manager with the administration in the running of the kitchen

QUALIFICATIONS /CERTIFICATION /LICENSES

If mandatory - we will note this

  • MS Office Word and Excel at professional level
  • Mandatory
  • Fluent in Written & Spoken Arabic
  • Mandatory

EXPERIENCE
Experience in similar position highly regarded

KEY SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Has exceptional social skills
Great attention to detail
Knowledge of sanitation principles, cleanliness and hygiene

  • Must be extremely organized.
  • Inventory Control
  • Ordering Stock fresh and pantry
  • HR records
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Updating standard operating procedure Manuals
  • Maintaining order

START DATE ASAP

SALARY
AED Depending on experience <7,000
