Job description:

  • We are looking for team supervisor who has very close past experience in managing the Electrical, Mechanical and Civil team.
  • Assists in general maintenance works and oversees the work of maintenance team as per manager's instructions.
  • Receives clients' requests for maintenance and attends to it as organized by the Manager.
  • The supervisor will also be responsible for all customers complaints that is due to poor service, late arrivals, and over all behavior of the staffs etc.
  • Report any accident or incident at sites.
  • Perform regular inspection of the site and its reporting.

Job requirements:

  • Education qualification: Diploma
  • Must have 45 years relevant experience in Total facility management industry
  • Proficiency in Hindi and Arabic

Job Types:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

- site supervisor: 4 years (required)
