Our Curriculum

What do we look for?
Due to ADEK regulations, we require our leaders to have the following:

  • Master Degree in Leadership plus 8 years of experience in teaching and leadership
  • Four years leadership experience
  • Bachelor Degree with 10 years of experience in teaching and leadership


Aside from your qualifications, personality is very important, we look for inspirational leaders who have the ability to inspire and motivate staff.

The Role


We are looking for a Early Years School Headteacher, who will lead the EY School Leadership Team and report to the whole school Principal.

The EY Head will be responsible for the day to day running of the primary school and for working with the leadership team to set the strategic direction of the school.
