Responsibilities:


  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for Arabicspeaking students, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Enrollment Support: Assist students with the enrollment process, including registration, course selection, and payment procedures, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, scheduling classes, and coordinating with instructors to ensure class availability meets student demand.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students regarding their experiences and satisfaction levels, and relay this information to management to continuously improve our services.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any concerns or complaints raised by students promptly and professionally, striving to find satisfactory solutions and maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including instructors and administrative staff, to coordinate efforts and ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures related to customer service and operations, and contribute ideas to enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
