Are you passionate about agriculture and ready to take the reins of a thriving farm operation? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to lead our agricultural endeavors in the picturesque region of Ajman.

Farm Manager


Location:
Ajman, United Arab Emirates


Responsibilities:


Crop Management:
Plan, organize, and oversee the cultivation of various crops ensuring optimal yield and quality.


Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of skilled farm workers, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.


Resource Management:
Efficiently manage farm resources, including machinery, equipment, and labor, to maximize productivity.


Crop Rotation and Planning:
Implement effective crop rotation strategies and develop seasonal planting plans to optimize soil health.


Pest and Disease Management:
Monitor and implement pest and disease control measures to safeguard crop health.


Budgeting and Reporting:
Develop and manage budgets, as well as provide regular reports on farm performance to stakeholders.


Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local agricultural regulations and standards.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Farm Manager or in a similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of crop management, irrigation systems, and farm equipment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Understanding of agricultural regulations and sustainability practices.
