As the
_Business Development Manager__ _you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company's business growth and building market position.

You will:

Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion.
Document business development activities.
Present our products and services to new clients.
Conduct market research on a regular basis.
Identify key markets and provide with the input.
Build strategies for specified markets.
Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
Attend major industry events.

We are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Native Japanese speaker. Fluent in English.
2+ years in a similar role or as the head of a region within the financial sector.
Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.
Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adopt to changes.
Keep proactive position in running a business.
Ability to travel is a must.
