Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients in their homes.
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician.
Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications or treatments.
Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, medications, and treatments.
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
Communicate regularly with the patient's physician to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Overall, a home care nurse plays an important role in the healthcare system by providing personalized care to patients in their own homes.

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
