TELE SALES AGENT- FEMALES ONLY Arabic / Russian speaker

A Medical Center in Sharjah is seeking a Tele sales Agent with three years of experience in the Medical field, possessing excellent communication skills in Arabic and Russian. The main duties include closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers or clients via phone to promote medical products or services.
Provide information about products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Respond to customer inquiries and address concerns or questions.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends, company offerings, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Generate leads, assess client needs, and present suitable products.

Requirements:

Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
Ability to learn about and explain products/services to prospects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and resolve issues.
High school diploma; BSc / BA will be advantageous.
Knowledge of Tele sales practices and principles.
Strong data entry and typing skills.
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Experience in a healthcare sector as a Tele sales Agent or similar role (1-3 years).
