Job description
- Research required information from available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customer with product and service information
- Take requests and forward to concerned departments
- Identify and escalate the priority issues
- Follow up with the customers whenever required
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Any other additional responsibilities entrusted by the management
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
