We are conducting a WALK IN INTERVIEW from Monday to Wednesday (April FROM 3:00 PM to 5PM at Emirates Driving Institute, Al Qusais 1 (Main Branch) - Building 9 HR Department.

Job description

  • Research required information from available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customer with product and service information
  • Take requests and forward to concerned departments
  • Identify and escalate the priority issues
  • Follow up with the customers whenever required
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Any other additional responsibilities entrusted by the management

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
