MNC Junior Account Manager

Qualification:


  • Undergraduate degree
  • Preferably experience in the usage of Bizflow, Compass, Ariba
  • Effective communication and people skills
  • Analytical and keen to learn about underwriting and claims analytics
  • Proficient problem solving
  • Keen attention to details and cautiousness
  • Sens of client urgency and proficient customer service skills.

Support MNC Client Relationship team

  • Help resolve issues, requests, and problems for clients/broker through research, investigation, and interfacing with other departments.
  • Prepare / collect the documents needed for RFPs
  • Support the RM renewal process: Bizflow process, submission to UW upon confirmation of the renewal, follow up
  • Support RM Ariba process for events/products and coordinate with another department
  • Collect the documents and keep the team shared drive updated
  • Support client presentations preparation for client orientation sessions
  • Coordinate SLA data collection from various department for top accounts (Network, Operation, Preapproval, Collection, customer service)

Account Management for Assigned Accounts

  • Serve as the primary contact for brokers and related customers by developing relationships and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty for the partnership
  • Support Client/ Brokers in all needs to ensure a longterm relationship and secure retention and upselling
  • Represents Metlife by showing full knowledge and expertise in EB
  • Accountable for all client proposals, policies and any further documentation, following the MetLife Employee Benefit guidelines and ensure policies are in line with internal guidelines as well as standing regulations in the country of operations.
  • Work with internal stakeholder (Operation, Underwriting, Claims, Reporting) to ensure resolution for customer and broker concerns and provide reliable, consistent, and predictable service across organization
  • Actively planning the retention and upselling sales process from the time of account assignment
