Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop a comprehensive strategy and business plan for the luxury vehicle rental department, including shortterm and longterm goals.
  • Identify target client segments for luxury vehicle rentals, understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain High-End clients, corporations, and individuals seeking luxury transportation.
  • Develop and manage the luxury rental department's budget, including revenue projections, expense control, and profitability analysis.
  • Monitor financial performance and make datadriven decisions to optimize resources.
  • Oversee the selection of luxury vehicles in line with market trends and client demands.
  • Develop and implement a maintenance program to ensure all vehicles are in top condition, coordinating servicing, repairs, and detailing.
  • Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging luxury vehicle models, and market conditions.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Advertising teams to come up with unique Campaigns & offers.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 8+ years of managerial role or business development manager or similar positions specifically in the luxury vehicle rental business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
