Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Foreman to lead our team of HVAC technicians.

The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and support
Plan and coordinate HVAC projects, including scheduling and allocating resources
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations on job sites
Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions
Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
Provide training and mentorship to HVAC technicians to enhance their skills
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to the project manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman, with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the field
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Fluency in English & Hindi Languages.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
