Description
1. Maintain camp rules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Disposable waste materials on daily basis.
- Maintain daily report for any repairs on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical work. i.e, AC.
- Strictly follow camp security policy for entrance, exit, visitors, and parking.
- Ensure to attend to employee complaints and report to line manager.
- Assist in room allocation for new joiners. Coordinates all necessary asset requirements for the employees.
- Prepare an Accommodation occupancy report.
- Running the camp day-today matters, including housekeeping and maintenance.
- Ensuring smooth operation of the camp, creating and supervising the emergency crew, 24- hours on-call.
- Responsible / Monitoring of camp operations with more than ten (1,000) thousand workers of various nationalities.
- Coordinate with the transportation department for all types of camp conveyance.
- Reporting of absenteeism on a daily basis to HR/Admin/ operations team along with the valid reason for each instance
- Fluency in Hindi is must.
Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
