Position:


  • Vacancy: Customer Sales Representative
  • Salary: Based on competency and experience
  • Hours: 9 hours (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our Operations team based in Dubai.

This role will be responsible to sell tickets for the Big Bus Tours Middle East and deliver revenue / sales targets.

To provide and deliver sensational great customer experience, utilizing our strategy with insightful advice and knowledge of all Big Bus Tours points and services available.

Requirements:


What We're Looking For
Character may be important to us but there are a couple of minimum requirements for this role, these are:

  • With 1-2 years' experience in sales, customer service and /or similar.
  • You must be fit & healthy, goaloriented and wellpresented who will be required to work outdoors
  • You must also have an excellent command of English language.
  • Any other languages will be of great advantage, preferably German, French, Italian and Spanish.
  • High School / College Graduate and/or equivalent
