Our client is a leading SaaS platform based in Paris, specializing in legal tech and government projects.

Our innovative solutions serve clients across the globe, and we are currently seeking a dynamic Head of Customer Success for the MEA region.


Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead and manage the Customer Success team, ensuring their development and success.

  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the team.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, some of whom have approximately 10 years of experience.

Customer Engagement:

Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion within the MEA market.

  • Drive customer success initiatives, including upsell and crosssell opportunities.

Sales Cycle Management:

Collaborate with the sales team to define account planning and execute expansion strategies with key accounts.

  • Actively participate in sales cycles, providing support and expertise to help the team close deals.

Project Management Assistance:

Assist in project management, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Dilitrust's solutions.

International Experience :

Possess a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in multicultural/international management.

  • Strong familiarity with the MEA market, particularly in Africa and GCC regions.

Proven experience in SaaS, preferably in the legal tech industry

  • Expertise in account management, upselling, and crossselling strategies.
  • Project management skills and the ability to assist in overseeing successful implementations.
  • Familiarity with the MEA market, with a focus on Africa and GCC regions.
