Our Client

A leading construction and manufacturing business have an exciting opportunity for a COO to join their team based in Riyadh, KSA.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and manage the operations of the construction and manufacturing facilities across multiple companies
Drive operational excellence, optimising production processes and ensuring highest standard of quality and efficiency
Development strategic partnerships with suppliers to improve reliability and cost effectiveness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Direct business development activities, building a high performance team

Your Qualifications

Proven experience in a leadership capacity (COO/Director)
Manufacturing/production industry background
A proven track record in commercial/business development functions is preferred.
Arabic speaker is essential
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential
