Position Overview:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, and selling, properties. Your role involves understanding client needs, navigating the real estate market, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.


Relationship Management:


As a Property Sales Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing property sales transactions from start to finish, nurturing relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

You will collaborate closely with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing regular updates.
  • Develop personalized sales strategies to meet the individual needs of clients and enhance their overall experience.

Client Acquisition:


  • Prospect and cultivate new client relationships through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential buyers, sellers, brokers, etc.

Market Research:


  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Provide clients with uptodate information on market conditions.

Client Advisory:


  • Offer expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.

Documentation and Compliance:


  • Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Customer Service:


  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Real Estate Networking:


  • Cultivate and expand a network of real estate agents, developers, and industry professionals.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to build brand presence.

Property Presentation:

  • Showcase properties to clients through effective presentations and property tours.
  • Coordinate property viewings and open houses.

Transaction Management:

  • Facilitate property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with legal and financial teams for seamless closings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with developers.

Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience:
