Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with agencies and partners both in the Philippines and other countries to ensure seamless cross-border placements.

Guide families through the recruitment process, addressing their concerns and ensuring a harmonious match.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations for compliant and ethical placements.

Establish and nurture a strong network within the industry to support ongoing placements.

Qualifications:
Proven track record as a recruiter, specifically in recruiting domestic workers from the Philippines and other countries.
