Role Description
Faster express cargo is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As an CSR you will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face during shipment with accuracy and efficiency.

CSR should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.

There will be target to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage phone calls and enquiries
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve efficiency
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Maintaining coordination with the team

Requirements and skills:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
