Site Operations

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

As the Commercial Manager for Site Operations, you will be responsible for managing commercial activities related to our site operations, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure profitability and growth of the site operations
Manage all commercial aspects of contracts, including negotiation, review, and implementation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of site activities
Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
Manage a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
At least years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably in the site operations industry and consultancy
Strong understanding of commercial contracts and agreements
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
