PRIMARY PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies future hiring needs and develops job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborates with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Creates and publishes job ads in various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Track hiring metrics including timetohire, timetofill and source of hire.
  • Trains and advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Completes paperwork for new hires.
  • Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility.
  • Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.

Experience:


  • 2 years of recruiting experience preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
- knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
