Description

A leading software solutions company who is provinding supply chain solution providers for market leaders across verticals including Warehousing, Distribution, Freight forwarding, Transportation, project logistics, Ecommerce Fulfilment and Manufacturing is looking for a Sales Manager.


Profile:

Ø Demonstrating industry knowledge in Logistics and Supply chain Management

Ø Identification of areas based on market potential

Ø Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to company sales rules of engagement.

Ø Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective Managed Services opportunities by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers;
Ø Research, source, make initial contact (cold calling, telephone prospecting), and meet potential clients at their locations to accurately qualify the prospect and establish needs;
Ø Prepare and present proposals and close new accounts in targeted verticals;
Ø Develop and maintain Sales Territory Plan in UAE and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability;
Ø Network and actively participate in User Groups, Associations, and Trade Shows in targeted verticals, including after-hours events;
Ø Provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concerns;
Ø Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;

Ø Engagements, Testimonials, White Papers, RFP's & unique proposals.

Ø Manage all activities through the Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM), ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Ø Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills.


Professional Requirements:

Ø Proven experience in sales and business development for software products for more than 6-10 years.

Ø Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), Arabic (Nice to have).

Ø Strong knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Freight Management system (FMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Ecommerce fulfilment solution is highly desirable

Ø Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts

Ø Ability to work as an individual driven and grow team.

Ø Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.


Ø This position requires the individual to be based out in UAE with valid UAE driving license with a commitment to working within and out of UAE on requirement basis.

Ø Must be open to travel as needed
