Description
Scope- Formulate and implement sales strategy for the Russian & CIS markets to ensure revenue growth in the portfolio.
- Facilitating indoor and outdoor sales activities as well as external client meetings.
- Identify new business partners for the company.
- Conduct DMC Product training & Educational webinars.
- Drive lead conversion and initiate new revenue streams.
- Engage in domestic and international sales missions and tradeshows to raise awareness and consideration.
- Interprets short
- Conduct monthly client entertainments and execute review meetings.
- Work in liaison with contact center team in confirming opportunities.
- Communicate all sales campaigns to relevant customers and obtain proof of commitment.
- Effectively use the CRM system for daily reporting, tracking leads and other functions as requested.
- Develop and Manage portfolio of active and prospect accounts in coordination with international teams.
- Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, thus identifying alternate means for filling requests and notifying the team and customers.
- Resolves promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices, forwarding resolution to the Head of Sales.
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information and answering questions.
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates in CRM.
- Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses and therefore forwarding for reimbursement.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Manages assigned segment within UAE territory in order to maximize sales revenues.
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the Head of Sales.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Making datainformed decisions to drive performance and resource allocations.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople through coaching and feedback.
Essential:
Bachelor's degree / diploma
Desirable:
Master's degree\**Years of Experience
Essential:
5-6 years of work experience in leisure segment or the attractions industry handling Russia/CIS market
Desirable:
- 78 years of work experience in/or within the hospitality/leisure industry handling Russia/CIS market
Essential:
- Fluency in Russian & English language
- Experience in account management and negotiation
- Minimum 5 Years presence in UAE market selling locally and internationally.
- Understanding sales cycle for DMC, OTA, TO and Wholesaler clients
- Experienced in DMC road shows and confident to conduct presentations.
- The ability and desire to sell.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- UAE driving license.
Desirable:
- Fluency in any other foreign language
- Experience in Business Development
- Work experience in a customerfacing environment, such as retail or hospitality
