Our real estate team is growing and we're searching for a full-time
Leads Manager to help us succeed Your primary role will be to assist in managing opportunities for Buyer and Seller leads across UAE.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our new leads and clients and will work directly with our agents to create opportunities and accountability.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive inbound inquiries, analyse their reason for buying/selling, and make sure they feel seen and heard
  • Manage team members' communications with assigned leads with the goal of hitting conversion goals
  • Manage all leads and delegate each leads to proper agent
  • Following up on all leads with a core focus of converting those to appointments, building rapport with our leads, and following up on the results of appointments ensuring success for each completed appointment
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure all leads are followed up on appropriately
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that management might give to him/her.

Qualifications:


  • With experience in Real Estate industry, especially in leads management
  • Has excellent organisational, time management, and followup skills
  • Is dynamic, articulate, and wellspoken
  • Passionate about technology, training, and selling
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and selfmotivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estatespecific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tightknit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
  • Strong problemsolving skills with solution oriented focus
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solutionoriented.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Internet City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
