Description

The cashier is responsible to accept the currency and other different form of payments, give change, record purchased transaction items and produce receipts for customers engaged in transactions with the service point in a timely manner.

The cashier is responsible to collect the fees for transactions issued or documents filed.
Serves as backup for Finance Department functions in the Service Point or Business Unit when needed.
Responsible to handle the overall routine issuance of documents, receipts etc.
Prepare simple statistical & financial reports and register the fee entries and changes as well.
Perform some particular clerical work regarding to cash and financial transactions when needed.
Provide a friendly and professional welcome to all customers and visitors, presenting a positive impression of themselves and the Group, as per the agreed script
Balance the cash/invoices on the system.
Communicate solutions, successes, opportunities and challenges to the line manager
Issue receipts and change to customers
Count money at the end and beginning of each shift
Process exchanges and refunds
Contribute in suggesting new initiatives.
Maintain safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other duties which may assigned by management
Follow the policies of finance department
At least high school graduate
At least 2 years' experience in the same capacity
At least 13 years' experience in a customerservice oriented industry
