Job Title :
Business Development Executive


Responsibilities:


  • Leading and managing a sales team
  • Setting sales goals and targets
  • Training and developing team members
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Contributing to sales planning and strategy
  • Analyzing sales data and preparing reports
  • Improving sales processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams
  • Conducting market research
  • Managing the sales department's budget.
  • Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route plans.
  • Responsible for the achievement of distribution targets under his area of supervision
  • Responsible to deliver monthly sales volume and wastage targets for his supervisory area.
  • Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their van stocks and cash deposit on a daily basis.

Requirements:


  • FMCG: 2 years (preferred)
  • English & Arabic (preferred)
  • Must have UAE driving license.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- management (preferred)
