Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals, graphics, and multimedia content for marketing purposes.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products or services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and industry professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Support the sales team by providing them with marketing materials, sales tools, and product knowledge.
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively, analyze data, and propose innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving marketing objectives and targets.

Pay:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- marketing executive: 1 year (preferred)
