We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Venom Sales Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth of Venom Products.

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Venom products, reaching sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Venom products to potential customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events to network and generate leads.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills.
  • Goaloriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Venom products or similar industry experience is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


  • Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Number of new business opportunities identified and converted.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.
  • Contribution to the development of effective sales strategies.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED8, AED12,000.00 per month
