Description
We require a Draughtman with MEP Background


  • Expert with AutoCAD.
  • Well Experienced in preparing Water Supply, Drainage, Electrical (Light & Power), AC Shop drawings, and detailed drawings, for high-rise, low-rise buildings and villas.
  • Preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and architects and MEP engineers.
  • To critically review the relevant documents prior to start of construction e.g., IFC, Project Specification etc.
  • Prepare as-built drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field notes.
  • Coordinate drawing with section for MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, drainage and water supply)
  • Schematic drawing of drainage system, water supply system and Electrical system.
  • Prepare wall coordination drawing of Electrical, water supply and drainage system.
  • Prepare of RCP drawing for MEP with sections and elevations.
  • Prepares clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detailed drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for MEP projects.
  • Preparation of Builders work drawings
  • Verifying IFC designs for the purpose of Shop drawing raising discrepancies
  • Able to communicate with the Electrical and mechanical engineers to provide the correct technical drawings.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
