Description
Responsibilities -
Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including maintaining recruitment databases and creating job postings.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
Support the planning and execution of recruitment events such as job fairs and industry events.
Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR and talent acquisition.
