Job Title:
Accounts and Finance Head


Job Overview:


The Accounts and Finance Head is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing and managing all financial and accounting activities within the organization.

This role involves leading a team of financial professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals and growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management.

Prepare and manage the annual budget in collaboration with other departments.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to senior management.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial forecasting.


Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.

Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.


Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Develop the team's skills and knowledge through training and professional development.


Internal Controls and Compliance:
Establish and maintain internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and standards.


Treasury and Cash Management:
Manage the organization's cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the use of funds.

Coordinate with banking partners to manage relationships, negotiate terms, and secure funding as needed.


Strategic Financial Planning:
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and executives.

Analyze financial trends and market developments to identify opportunities and potential risks.


Tax Planning and Compliance:
Collaborate with tax advisors to develop tax strategies and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely tax returns.


Audit and Risk Management:
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.

Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies.


Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate financial information effectively to internal stakeholders, executives, and board members.

Provide financial insights and explanations for business decisions and performance.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are preferred.

Proven experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

Proficiency in financial software and systems.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make sound financial decisions.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

High ethical standards and attention to detail.

Salary : 4000 aed to 5000

Dubai Silicon Oasis


Experience:
Minimum of Years in the relevant position


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:
