Looking for a Business Development Executive with a background in cleaning and housekeeping.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding client base, and driving revenue growth in the cleaning and housekeeping sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the cleaning and housekeeping sector, including residential properties, commercial establishments, and other relevant industries.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, property managers, facility managers, and other stakeholders to understand their cleaning and housekeeping needs and identify opportunities for partnership.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.

Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our cleaning and housekeeping services.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business deals.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transition and effective implementation of new contracts.

Continuously monitor industry trends and changes in client needs to proactively adapt sales strategies and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipelines, and performance to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Proven track record of sales success and business development experience in the cleaning and housekeeping industry.

Should have valid UAE driving license.

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
